1、筛面高频振动、筛箱不动。激振器固定于筛箱上,激振力驱动振动系统激振筛面,振动系统设计在近共振状态工作,可以以较小的驱动力达到工作所需的振动参数。由于筛箱不动,整机经二次减振支承,动载荷小,无须特制基础,可随意摆放安装。
2、筛面高频振动,每分钟3000次,振幅1~5毫米,振动强度达8~10倍重力加速度,是一般振动筛振动强度的2~3倍。筛面自清理能力强,筛分效率高,处理能力大。非常适用于细粒粉体物料的筛分、脱水。入料粒度上限15mm,分级粒度0.043~3mm。
3、筛面由三层不同的柔性筛网组成。底层为钢丝绳芯聚氨酯托网,与激振装置直接接触。托网上面张紧铺设由两层不锈钢丝编织网粘接在一起的复合网,复合网上层与物料接触,上层网根据筛分工艺要求确定网孔尺寸,筛网开孔率高,使用寿命长。筛网两端装有挂钩,便于张紧安装。入料缓冲筛板保证平缓均匀布料,减小物料对工作网(复合网)的冲击,延长使用寿命。
4、筛机安装角度随时可方便调节,以适应不同的物料性质及不同筛分作业。对选矿厂的湿法筛分安装倾角一般在25±2°范围,干法筛分安装倾角一般在33±2°范围。
5、筛机振动参数采用计算机调节控制,对每个振动系统的振动参数可通过软件调节设定。除一般工况振动参数外,还可设定间断瞬时强振参数以随时清理筛网,保持筛孔不堵。
6、特殊设计的电磁振动系统主要采用橡胶件连结,长期运转工作可靠;功耗小,每个电磁激振器的功率仅0.15kW,选矿常用的SDS2420型电磁高频筛,整机耗电功率仅1.2kW。该种筛机为节能产品。
7、筛箱侧板、中隔板全部采用钢板整体折弯成型,机架采用矩形管型材焊接拼装,既提升筛机整体刚度,又使设备外形更为美观。
整机结构采用多层筛箱叠加布置,每层筛箱独立工作,互不影响;筛上、筛下产品分别收集,汇集排出。总体布局紧凑,大大减少了筛机占地面积。
给料方式采取每层筛面单独给料,在每层筛箱上端装有给料箱,输料管道将矿浆输入给料箱,由给料箱将矿浆均匀分布到筛面全宽。配套设计有多路分矿箱,用户可根据具体情况选用。各层筛箱筛分后的筛上和筛下物料被分别汇集到总排料管排出。
应用于选矿厂磨矿分级流程中的分级作业,在适当的给料浓度、给料粒度(-200目粒级含量)、以及需求筛下粒度与给料粒度之差小于30个百分点的条件下,筛分效率高达70%以上。由于筛分效率高,可大幅度降低循环负荷和筛上物中合格粒级含量,从而提高磨机的处理能力(一般可提高5~10个百分点)。筛分过程对筛下物粒度控制严格,消除过粗矿粒对精矿品位的不利影响;另外矿浆在筛面高频小振幅振荡作用下,有按密度分层的作用,高密度小颗粒易于沉降至筛面而透筛,因此可明显提高筛下矿的品位。该设备在遵化建龙铁矿、首钢大石河、水厂铁矿、鞍钢弓长岭铁矿、酒钢铁选厂等单位得到了成功的应用,提高了铁粉品位和产量,收到了很好的效果。

该产品应用于选煤厂的煤泥脱水回收,优点是可用200目的筛网,这是老式脱水筛所不能做到的。使煤泥脱水后的水中杂质少,不赌管道,有利于水的循环,具有回收率高、筛上产品降灰显著(3-8个百分点)、处理能力大(1.5t-3t/h.㎡)、产品水分低(25%-30%)等优点,回收系统可用来处理跳汰精煤筛下水、浮选入料、重介选煤厂、磁选机尾矿等,筛上产品可直接掺入精煤,是煤泥回收经济的方法。

The screening system adopts a brand-new design principle and fully-new structure with screen mesh vibrating only. It owns 14 patented techniques, has passed the technical appraisal organized by Hebei Science and Technology Department, and Liaoning Science& Technology Department.It is now widely used in industries of metallurgical mineral processing, coal washing, construction material, chemicals and foodstuff, etc.
Performance Characteristics:
1. The screen mesh is vibrated while the screen box remains stable. The exciter is fixed on the screen box and drives the transmission system to vibrate the screen mesh. As the vibrating system is designed to work in a nearly resonant state, only a smaller power is needed for reaching the specified operation parameter. Because the whole screen box is unmoved and the whole machine supported by rubber damping spring, the dynamic load is very small. Therefore, no special foundation is needed, and the machine can be placed anywhere.
2.The screen mesh is vibrated at a high frequency of 50 Hz, with the amplitude being 1~2mm, and the vibration intensity is 8~10 times that of the acceleration gravity, 2~3 times that of the common vibrating screens. The screen mesh has a strong self-cleaning function, a high screening efficiency and a high throughput capacity. As a result, it is very suitable for screening and dewatering of fine powder materials, with a maximum feeding size of 15mm and a classification sizing-range of 0.043~3mm.
3.The screen mesh is composed of three flexible layers. The underlying one is a steel- wire -cored polyurethane supporting mesh which is directly touched by the exciting device, the top one is a composite layer formed by two stainless steel woven- wire cloths that are bound together, with the upper cloth contacting the material. The opening size of the upper mesh is determined according to the screening process and it has a high opening rate and a long service life.There are hooks at both ends of the mesh to facilitate an easy tensile installation. A feed screen buffer ensures a uniform distribution of feed and reduces the impact of feeding material against the working mesh (composite mesh) so as to prolong its service life.
4. The screen installation angle can be easily adjusted at any time to meet the different feed properties and screening operations. For wet screening in concentrators, the installation inclination angle is 25o +/- 2o and for dry screening operation, 33o +/- 2o.
5. The screen's vibrating parameters are central-controlled by computer and the vibrating parameters for each vibrating system can be set and adjusted through software programming. Besides the vibrating parameters for general operation, intermittent-instant-strong-vibration parameters can also be set to keep a non-blinding sieving.
6. The specially designed electromagnetic vibration system is connected by high-quality rubber parts to ensure a reliable long-time operation. It has small power consumption --- each electromagnetic vibration exciter only 0.15kw. The installed power for MVSK2420 - a model commonly used in mineral processing, is only 1.2 kw. Therefore, this type of machine is energy- conserving.
7. Models are available for your options : single - channel and double- channel, single deck and stacked. The designs are modularized and adjustable according to the specific applications.
8. Both the side plates and partition plates of screen boxes are made of steel sheet bent integrally, and the screen frames are formed by welding the rectangular pipes, thus improving both the integral rigidity of the whole screen and their external beauty.
9. Electric is configured for each screen machine. Different controller models are optional according to customers' requirements so as to realize many attached functions such as digital control, centralized remote control, process recording and fault alarm.
